Sierra Vista, AZ Real Estate Photographer

I have been a real estate photographer for over 30 years and recently relocated to Sierra Vista, AZ. I have been hired by several real estate agents in the area to do profile head shots that they can use on their websites, business cards, real estate signs, branding etc. and group shots for real estate teams . Of course, they also hire me to photograph their listings. This usually requires a 1-hour photo session to photograph the interior of the home, exterior of the home and approximately 6-8 drone shots.

I also do walk-through videos and Matterport videos. I must admit, traditional walk-through videos are much better quality than Matterport simply because the Matterport software is currently so limiting and not of very high quality. The 3-D floorplans are impossible to reproduce without jagged edges that make them look very unprofessional. This is due to the software itself. Even Matterport’s so-called expert renditions have jagged edges. In my opinion, a real estate agent is better off going with a traditional walk-through video and a traditional rendering of the floorplan rather than the 3-D version of horrible quality. If the home is multi-level, the Matterport 3-D floorplan can be so broken up that it makes it difficult to make out what it is anyway, thereby only confusing viewers rather than helping them.

Sierra Vista, AZ is only about 1 hour from Tucson, so I will also travel to Tucson, AZ and the Vail, AZ areas to do real estate photography without charging additional travel time.
